The HeartLand House of Prayer believes that God is the life giver. We are committed to praying and standing for the protection of life and restoring a culture of life. One of the great life issues of our time is abortion. We believe the church of Jesus Christ must defend the lives of the unborn and others who cannot defend themselves. Life is to be valued and honored at all stages.
We have become a Bound4Life chapter, pledging ourselves corporately to pray for the ending of abortion, vote in elections for candidates that are actively pro-life, and obey God as He leads us into works of compassion and justice.
HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED
We siege at the Planned Parenthood every Saturday at 9am.
The Planned Parenthood is located on the corner of 16th St and 2nd Ave.
A Silent Siege is just this, we build up a wall and stand in the gap on behalf of our nation (Ezekiel 22:30). It is an incredible strategy given to Bound4Life from the Lord by a dream. When LIFE is written on a piece of red tape and placed on our mouths, we are identifying with the silent cries of the unborn and of those who have no voice.Our stand is not a protest, but a silent prayer meeting.
There are intercession focuses throughout the week that involve praying for abortion, like the government watches.
We also have a Fight4Life night the last Friday of every month, 7pm-?, at our house of prayer (unless stated otherwise). It is a time where we, as a house of prayer and anyone who has a heart for the unborn, all gather for a intense time of prayer for the unborn and for mercy from God.
